WOOD OIL PREMIUM WITH NATURAL WAX NEOMID

PURPOSE:
Wood oil for long-term protection of exterior and interior wooden surfaces from deterioration, atmospheric precipitation, ultraviolet radiation. Mix of natural bio oils deeply penetrates wood, filling even small cracks, and ensure firmness and wear-resistance of the coating. Natural wax imparts water and dirt repellant properties to the surface. Creates a breathable vapor-permeable coating, resistant to temperatures changes and moisture. Emphasizes structure of wood and enhance its beauty. Forms anti-static silky film.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Make sure the surface is dry (maximum wood moisture content should not exceed 20%), free of dirt, wax, grease, old finish. To ensure equal absorption of the oil, sand and dust the surface. To refresh the previously oiled wood, just make sure the surface is free of dirt without sanding. If you intend to paint highly resinous softwood, clean the surface with a cloth soaked in white spirit and let solvent evaporate completely. When handling fungal and mold-infected wood, treat the surface with a special purpose bleaching compound NEOMID 500 according to instructions.
APPLICATION: Perform all work at the ambient temperature and treated surface temperature from +10°С to +35°С and relative humidity not more than 80%. Ensure oil temperature is within temperature range of +15°С to +25°С. Stir thoroughly before use and during application. Test for surface compatibility of the oil with surface on a small area before use. It is good practice to test the dye on a scrap of wood first before applying tinted oil. Apply oil with a brush, paint roller or cotton cloth sparingly and evenly along the wood grain. Always remove unabsorbed oil within 20-30 minutes to prevent formation of film, which may crack after drying. Apply successive coats only after complete drying of the previous one. Clean the tools with white spirit.
DRYING TIME: Intermediate drying at +20°С – up to 1 hour.
Complete drying of double coating at +20°С – 12 hours.
Warning! When applying too much oil, drying time may significantly increase.
CONSUMPTION FOR ONE COAT: 15-25 sq.m/l depending on absorptive capacity and surface texture.
SAFETY MEASURES: Flammable. Do not smoke or use open flame devices when using this product. Ventilate the room after handling.
Keep out of the reach of children.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION: Keep away from food. Store in the original tightly closed container in dry, well-ventilated place, keep away from open flame and heated surfaces at temperature of +5oC to +30oC. Once opened and left partially empty, shelf-life declines. Keep open containers tightly closed. Prevents freezing and overheating. Check the expiration date on the package.
DISPOSAL: Keep containers with residue tightly closed and dispose of them at Household waste recycling sites.
SHELF LIFE: 36 months from the date of manufacture.
COMPOSITION: Polymerized oil, light stabilizer (UV-filter), fungicide, processing additives.
