ALKYD URETHANE FLOOR VARNISH NEOMID

RECOMMENDATIONS:
- perform all work at the ambient temperature and treated surface temperature above +10°C;
- to ensure maximum bioprotection, use one of the following deeply penetrating colorless preservatives: NEOMID Base Eco, NEOMID 440 Eco or NEOMID 400 Eco, before varnishing.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Make sure the surface is dry and clean, free of mold, dirt, resin and grease. When handling fungal and mold-infected wood, treat the surface with a special purpose bleaching compound NEOMID 500. To ensure protection from bio deterioration, treat wood first with deep penetrating colorless preservatives, such as NEOMID Base Eco and NEOMID 400. Sand previously varnished surfaces until the old finish is satin-smooth, remove dust. Always perform a test patch to make sure old and new varnishes are compatible.

APPLICATION: Stir thoroughly before use. Apply 2-3 coats with a brush, paint roller or spray gun at a temperature above +10°С. If necessary, perform intermediate sanding. For the first coat, thin varnish with water by 10%. When applying matt and semi-gloss varnish stir it every 10-15 minutes for even spreading of mat substance over the surface.

DRYING TIME: up to 4 hours at +20°С for one coat. Drying time at a temperature lower than +20°С increases. Keep away from direct sunlight during the 4-5days curing period.

CONSUMPTION FOR 1 COAT: 1 l/10-13 sq.m, depending on surface properties.

THINNING: Ready-to-use; if necessary, thin with white spirit by 10%. Clean the tools with white spirit.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION:
Store and transport in the original tightly closed container in cool place. Admissible temperature range for storage and transport  - from +40°С to +40°С. Keep away from direct sunlight. Keep away from heat source. Best before date: by the date listed on the package. Manufacture date and batch number are printed on the sticker.

DISPOSAL: Prevent product from entering soil, drains and surface waters. Dispose of empty containers with dry residue with other household products.

SAFETY MEASURES: Flammable! Do not smoke or use open flame devices when using this product. Ventilate the room after handling. Use safety goggles and gloves. Avoid eye and skin contact. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water and soap. Do not breathe vapor. If swallowed, seek medical attention and show the label. Shelf-life declines rapidly after containers have been opened and left partially empty. Keep out of the reach of children.

SHELF LIFE: 24 months.

Alkyd urethane resin, white spirit, additives.
