WOOD WORKTOP OIL NEOMID

SURFACE PREPARATION: Make sure the surface is dry (maximum wood moisture content should not exceed 20%), free of dirt, wax, grease, old finish. To ensure equal absorption of the oil, sand and dust the surface. It is good practice to do a test patch on a small area before oiling. To refresh the previously oiled wood, just make sure the surface is free of dirt (we recommend using Wood Worktop Cleaner NEOMID 630) without sanding.

APPLICATION: Perform all work at the ambient temperature and treated surface temperature from +15°С to +35°С and relative humidity not more than 80%. Ensure oil temperature is within temperature range of +15°С to +25°С. Stir thoroughly before use. Apply oil excessively with a brush, paint roller or cotton cloth sparingly and evenly. After 10-15 minutes remove unabsorbed oil from surface and polish it with a clean piece of fabric or cotton cloth. Apply 2-3 coats with intermediate drying for 24 hours. Clean the tools with white spirit.
Dipping: immerse wooden elements in oil and keep them for 10-60 seconds. After 10-15 minutes remove unabsorbed oil from surface and polish it with a clean piece of fabric or cotton cloth.
Refresh the coating from time to time, depending on service conditions.

DRYING TIME: At +20°С and relative humidity of 65% – 24 hours.

CONSUMPTION: 50-100 ml/sq. m, depending on absorptive capacity and surface texture.

HAZARD: May cause sensitization by skin contact.

SAFETY MEASURES: In case of contact with eyes and mucous membranes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. If necessary, seek medical advice. Keep out of the reach of children. Individual hypersensitivity reactions are possible.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION: Keep away from food. Store in the original tightly closed container at temperature of +5^oC to +30^oC. Prevents freezing and overheating.

DISPOSAL: Dispose with other household products.

SHELF LIFE: 24 months from the date of manufacture.

COMOSITION: Mix of vegetable and mineral oils, processing additives.
