PURPOSE:
PROPERTIES:
- When exposed to fire, the coating creates an insulation barrier, delaying inflammation and slowing down the spread of fire.
- Protects interior surfaces for up to 10 years.
- Provides the 1st group of fire-proof efficiency at a rate of 250 g/sq.m according to GOST R 53292-2009.
- Provides a matt finish, imparts the aesthetic appeal to the surface.
- Resists aging.
COLOR: White. The paint can be tinted up to 5% with water based or water-glycol based tinting pastes by means of tinting machine or manually.
SURFACE PREPARATION: Make sure the surface is dry and free from dirt, dust, grease, wax and flaking paint. Sand worn-out wood to a healthy layer. It is recommended to test a small area to check product compatibility and color. Inspect the surface for cracking, flaking and swelling and if present repeat the treatment.
APPLICATION: Apply only when air temperature is above +5°С and relative humidity is below 90%. Stir thoroughly before use and during application. If necessary, you can thin the paint with water by 5%. Apply at least 2 coats until the desired thickness is achieved.
COVERAGE: Decoration and wood preservation – 100-150 g/sq.m. Decoration, fire protection and wood preservation – 250 g/sq.m.
DRYING TIME: Allow at least two hours between coats. Fully dry in 24 hours at 20°С. The drying time may vary depending on film thickness, temperature and humidity. Full fire retardant properties will develop after 7 days.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: Irritating to skin and mucous membranes. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment: protective goggles, rubber gloves, respirator and protective clothing. Avoid contact with skin and eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present. Continue rinsing. If necessary, seek medical advice and show this container/label.
STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION: Store apart from food. Keep in tightly-closed container at temperatures between +5°C and +40°С and at least 1,5-2 meters away from heat sources. Keep out of the reach of children!
DISPOSAL: Do not allow to enter drains, watercourses or soil. Dispose of empty containers to an approved waste disposal plant. Do not use empty containers for household needs.
SHELF LIFE: 24 months.
